<title>Comments on: It is hard to find half-bottles of wine, so I find that I often have a half bottle of wine left over after a meal, when I eat alone. I typically cork the bottle and put it in the refrigerator, whether or not the wine is white or red, for drinking within the next day or two. How long will wine remain &#8220;good for drinking&#8221; if left in the refrigerator this way? Thanks. [Madelyn, Los Angeles, CA]</title>
